Personal Trainer
With hands-on experience working with neurodivergent children and a genuine passion for human connection, Unique brings patience, empathy, and energy to every session. After relocating from New York two years ago, he began shifting his focus toward training older adults—a population he finds both inspiring and enriching to work with.
Unique values the wisdom, stories, and life lessons that come from working with people 50 and up. He believes that training isn't just about physical results—it's about meaningful connection, shared growth, and mutual respect. His background gives him a thoughtful and creative approach to helping clients move better, feel stronger, and enjoy the process along the way.
Whether you’re new to exercise, navigating physical limitations, or simply want someone who listens and truly cares, Unique is here to support your journey with compassion and commitment.
