What We Offer
Our small group sessions are designed for older adults who want to improve their fitness while enjoying the motivation and social connection that comes from exercising with others. Whether it's with a spouse, friend, sibling, or a small community group, these sessions are engaging, adaptive, and encouraging.
We keep our groups small (2–5 people) so each participant receives plenty of personalized attention — no one gets left behind.

We offer both in-home group sessions and virtual group training, depending on your location and preferences. If you’d like to host group sessions at your retirement center or community space, we can travel to you!
