The Heart Behind B&B Wellness and Strength
Why I Started B&B Wellness and Strength
“I created B&B Wellness and Strength because I saw a real need—both in my work and in my own family. I watched clients and loved ones struggle with physical decline simply because they didn’t have access to the right kind of support after therapy ended. I saw how limited options were for older adults who wanted to stay active but didn’t feel safe, confident, or guided.
This company was born from the wish that my own family members could have had something like this: personalized, caring, one-on-one training that meets you where you are and helps you stay strong, independent, and engaged in life.
Over the years, my clients—especially the older adults I’ve had the privilege to work with—have taught me more than they know. Their resilience, humor, and honesty have shaped who I am as a professional and a person. In many ways, they’ve given me far more than I could ever give in return.”
