I've worked with many personal trainers and Melissa is by far one of the best. I've spent years working around a chronic, degenerative joint injury from a bike accident, and Melissa truly knows how to tailor exercises to avoid further injury while also strengthening the muscles around it, a testament to her training as a physical therapist. Just as important, she is a delight to work with: attentive, professional, engaging, and fun to be around. Even in the toughest workouts I am glad to be working with her!

I work with several trainers but my primary trainer is Melissa because she's very perceptive, patient, and enjoyable to work with. I've had a lifelong difficulty with physical balance and Melissa has improved my balance beyond what I could have hoped for. Melissa pushes me to the limit, but never beyond, and she's sensitive about how far I can go. She's an excellent trainer and I highly recommend her!
